Download

When you choose to install C# Express from the Offline Install, you will download a 900MB ISO file. Either extract this file using Winrar to a temporary directory and/or burn the ISO to a DVD.

Once you have the files extracted to either a temporary folder or on a DVD, run the setup file.

Installation

When the setup file is run or the DVD is installed into the destination machine, the Visual Studio Express welcome menu is presented to you.

When the Setup program is done copying the files, the setup application loads into memory. While the application is loading, you’ll see an initialization progress bar.
